Delivery

Delivery is a separate and additional cost and is not included in the prices displayed in the shopping cart. We use Australia Post to deliver purchased items, the cost of which may be calculated as a tiered flat rate according to the value of the order, or calculated on the value of the goods purchased, or on the weight of the goods being shipped having regard to the distance of the shipping location.

We are happy to use other forms of delivery, which can be arranged on request. In the event that another form of delivery is arranged, this cost will be the delivery cost and will replace our standard delivery charge. For further information relating to delivery please read the Delivery page.

Pro Motorcycles will deliver Australia wide. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us for an international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs.

All packages will be sent via Australia Post or delivered by our own service vehicles.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling +61 7 3299 1999 within 24 hours of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Australia Post need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Australia Post branch for a claim to be filed.

We endeavor to have all orders dispatched within 2 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.
