Refunds & Returns

Please send all returns to Motorcycle Accessory Megamart within 14 days of receipt of product. Please call or email prior to return for an approval. All goods must be sent by registered post only. Motorcycle Accessory Megamart is not responsible for products lost during return shipping.

No restocking fees will be charged on items to be exchanged for a different size or colour. A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns where no exchange of goods is possible. The items must be in original packaging and condition as well as including a copy of your original invoice. There will be no returns on electrical, discounted or discontinued products. Excessive delay in returning an item may result in a 20% restocking fee.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 you may seek a refund if goods:
•  are or become faulty through no fault of your own
•  are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to our sales staff
•  don’t match our description or sample
•  have defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

The goods must be returned within 14 days with receipt or other proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.

If you prefer an alternative to a refund, we can arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired. A store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
