This online shopping cart has been specifically designed to provide an online shopping facility to our retail customers, both National and International, providing a wide range of motorcycle parts and accessories. All prices quoted on our site, including items of stock, freight & delivery charges include Australian Goods & Services Tax and are displayed in Australian dollars.

Pro Motorcycles is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

This site uses SSL to encrypt all of your personal information. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss or misuse of your information once it is in our records.

When you place an order, we need your name, billing address, delivery address, email address, credit card number, and telephone number. Once a purchase transaction is completed we have no further use for your credit card details and as such do not store this information. Delivery is a separate and additional cost and is not included in the prices displayed in the shopping cart. We use Australia Post to deliver purchased items, the cost of which may be calculated as a tiered flat rate according to the value of the goods purchased, or on the weight of the goods being delivered having regard to the distance of the delivery location.

We use Australia Post as our standard method of delivery. We are happy to use other forms of delivery, which can be arranged on request. In the event that another form of delivery is arranged, this cost will be the delivery cost and will replace our standard flat rate delivery charge. We have endeavored to provide a site free of any discrepancies caused by typographical error, clerical or printing error and reserve the right to correct them. We are not obligated to sell items where those items display incorrectly marked prices. We make every effort to avoid these errors. Suppliers prices are subject change without notice and we reserve the right to change our prices accordingly.

We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by any of our suppliers. All Items are subject to availability. As the suppliers product lines change, our product lines change also. Motorcycleaccessorymegamart.com.au carries genuine OEM parts for Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki and KTM.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

Please contact our Online Staff to organise any returns or exchanges. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days from receipt date in original and unused condition. Excessive delay in returning an item may result in a 20% restocking fee. All items must be unused and in the original factory packaging.

In the event that your purchase arrives damaged during transit, call the Online Staff immediately on +61 7 3299 1999. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. Our Online Staff will advise you of the procedure to follow. Do not return the item until instructed to do so.
