FEATURES
755c parallel twin-cylinder engine
The 755cc parallel twin-cylinder engine packs a great deal of Honda’s engineering prowess into a small space. Delivering 67.5kW @ 9,500rpm peak power and 75Nm @ 7,250rpm torque, it’s designed for every rider to exploit to the maximum, with exhilarating power output, but also provides accessible low to mid-range usability. The 270° crank and uneven firing order create a characterful, twin-cylinder pulse feeling.
Suspension
Designed around a steel diamond frame, the CB750 Hornet has a seat height of 795mm, so it’s a joy to manage. With a naturally upright riding position and 190kg kerb weight, it steers fast with precise control and feedback from 41mm Showa SFF-BP™ USD forks. Revised damping settings for the Pro-Link rear shock provides more riding comfort and improved shock absorbance in tougher conditions.
Honda Smartphone Voice Control System
The Honda Smartphone Voice Control System links the rider to their smartphone while on the move and allows voice management of phone calls, messages, music and navigation. The smartphone connects to the dash via Bluetooth, and management of HSVCS is also possible using buttons on the left switchgear.
TFT digital display
Easily operated by 4-way toggle on the left handlebar, the highly visible colour 5-inch TFT Screen is intuitive and features Honda RoadsyncD5 smartphone connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation, music and many more functions
New steel diamond frame
The Hornet’s steel diamond frame is lightweight, at just 16.6kg. An advanced technological process has produced a hugely strong platform, with rigidity balanced to deliver feel and geometry set for agility – just what the all new engine needs to achieve impressive power to weight ratio.
Brakes
Dual front 296mm discs and Nissin radial-mount, 4-piston callipers deliver impressive stopping power, with excellent progressive feel through the lever. Rear brake is made of a 240mm disc.
Advanced riding technology
Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC)D7 and Wheelie Control operate through 3 levels of intervention to manage rear wheel traction and front wheel lift. Each riding mode uses a default HSTC setting.
Distinct Sound
The CB750 Hornet’s twin cylinder engine with a 270-degree crank offers a unique blend of power and character. This carefully tuned exhaust not only enhances the riding experience but also delivers the distinctive soundtrack of the Hornet’s horsepower.
